By having the right walking technique this increases your range of motion, shifting the pressure and weight from your joints to your muscles, especially when you are in the beginning stages of physical activity. Have you ever heard of interval training? This is also used in walking. This has been proven to lose weight, and again Nourish & Strength will guide and coach you using this unique technique. This is a form of physical activity which needs to be performed correctly to have the outcome of weight loss.
