Who said physical activity needed to be stressful or high impact? Getting out and about amongst the fresh air has such a positive impact on the body and our mental health, this was one of the reasons we started our Walk’n’Talk programmes which are fun. Feel energised and nourished and talk along the way with our accredited health and nutrition coach. So let’s get back out in the sunshine or the beach and breathe fresh air.
