Nutrition & Health Coaching

Available via Zoom

Nourish & Strength support, motivate and guide you by rebuilding using lifestyle, nutrition and mindset changes, as well as educate you about many health food choices. Our accredited Nutritional and Health coaching is available via zoom (Australia) or face to face (Sydney only). We understand everyone’s health journey is unique, so we ensure we tailor the program to your needs. As a guide, the initial appointment is typically 1 to 1.5 hours where we deep dive into the challenges you are experiencing. Subsequent sessions can be 30 to 60 minutes.

Healthy You Program

Healthy You! ~ Get back on track with a positive and supportive coach. This 8 week program is perfect for those who have recovered from illness or injury and are looking to break those health harming habits with supportive and one on one coaching. Begin your journey back to feeling great , energised and living your best life, with the support and guidance of Sally from Nourish and Strength.

  • A Walk N Talk x 1 week

Physical Activity Coaching

Looking for support with Physical Activity? At Nourish & Strength we work with clients to get them feeling confident when it comes to physical activity. We do this through one on one coaching which can be complemented with our health and nutrition programs. Whether you are coming back from an injury or illness or just looking from some gentle support we can assist! Click here for more information.

Walk ’n’ Talk

Who said physical activity needed to be stressful or high impact? Getting out and about amongst the fresh air has such a positive impact on the body and our mental health, this was one of the reasons we started our Walk’n’Talk programmes which are fun. Feel energised and nourished and talk along the way with our accredited health and nutrition coach. So let’s get back out in the sunshine or the beach and breathe fresh air. So come along with me and discover within yourself what level of physical activity you prefer, as it can be lonely when trying to find that balance of what works best for you, so I give you an opportunity to select a range of beneficial programmes

Cooking Classes

When it comes to cooking healthy, quick and delicious meals we understand that this skill may not be easy for everyone to master! So we have designed some fun and interactive cooking classes, to help teach you or a group of you some easy ways to master delicious healthy cooking. We offer one or one classes or group cooking classes with you and your friends. Whether it's a party or you just want to learn the fundamentals when it comes to cooking healthy meals, Nourish & Strength have you sorted. Sally also talks about the importance of “Herbs & Spices” in dishes.
